Meet the Team

Richard is the owner of AMK Gatwick having taken over the ownership of the business in 2023 and been employed at AMK since 2006, he is passionate about motoring and ensuring that our customers receive a first class experience.  

 

When he’s not at work Richard enjoys being out on his motorbike. If he won the lottery he would travel the world, first class.

 

If he could do any job in the world he would have his own business building kit cars. Life advice someone once told him “you only live once, make the most of it”.

Kelly has previously worked at AMK Gatwick and returned to the AMK family in 2023. 

 

Kelly loves working in the motor industry and enjoys her role looking after the team that is full of different personalities and banter! Working in HR and looking after administration, she is over the moon to be back at the place she likes to call her work home!

​

Ritchie joined team AMK Gatwick in 2019 after previously working at Gatwick Airport. He learned his  skills and qualifications at AMK Gatwick to become a MOT Tester and Technician. He loves working with such a friendly, dedicated team.

 

He wanted to be a forensic officer before deciding a career in the motor industry.

  

If he won the lottery he would buy a garage. Life advice someone once told him “if your going to do something, do it properly”.

When Mick was at school he wanted to be a BT engineer, but moved into the transport and then motor industry, working at main dealers locally before joining the AMK Gatwick team in 2020.

 

The best thing he loves about working at AMK Gatwick is the family environment. If he won the lottery he would pay for his daughters to have more IVF.

​

If he could do any paid job role he would be a paramedic. Life tip:  Measure twice, cut once.

Steve has always been interested in the motoring industry, working at motoring centres before joining the AMK Gatwick Team in 2023.

 

He enjoys working as part of our team and supports our ethos of customer first every time. If he won the lottery he would pay someone to finish all the DIY in his home. 

 

His ideal job would be something in the motorsport industry. Life tip: Always read the small print.

Lauren previously joined our AMK team back in 2020 and has recently rejoined us as the latest member of the team.

 

She has a passion for classic cars and drag-races her 1941 Willys Coupe at Santapod.

 

She really enjoys the banter with our team, a challenge and engaging with our customers, ensuring they are well advised and receive the best customer care.
